Our relationships stem from referrals. Our cases come from previous clients who tell their friends and family to call us, because we took care of them.

In today’s society, we think many people feel if they are going to go up against a large insurance company, they need a corporate law firm to fight them. What happens in this situation is that you get into the corporate lifestyle, you don’t become a client, you become a number.

Those types of law firms operate on quantity. It’s an assembly line, a mill, a factory. We like to think in our firm that none of our clients have ever felt like they were part of an assembly line.

In healthcare, if you get a referral to see a specialist, how often is it that you get to see the the doctor? More often than not, you are not seeing a doctor, but a nurse practioner or a physician’s assistant.  At these larger law firms, something similar is going to happen. You might sign up with a lawyer but whether you actually see or talk with that lawyer during the process of your case is questionable. You will usually be talking to paralegals and “case managers” about your case, and not speaking with an attorney.
